Terms of Service

By accessing or using BidYourEvent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our platform.

"Platform" refers to BidYourEvent website and services "Host" refers to users posting events "Vendor" refers to service providers bidding on events "User" refers to both hosts and vendors "Escrow" refers to our secure payment holding system

• You must be at least 18 years old • Vendors must provide valid business registration • Users must provide accurate, current information • One account per individual or business entity

• Provide accurate event details • Respond to vendor inquiries within 48 hours • Honor selected bids and contracts • Pay agreed amounts through platform escrow • Not circumvent the platform for payment

• Provide accurate service descriptions and pricing • Respond to bid requests within 24 hours • Deliver services as described in accepted bids • Maintain required licenses and insurance • Not share host information outside the platform

• Vendors may only bid on events matching their verified categories • Bids must include accurate pricing and deliverables • Hosts may request bid revisions before selection • All negotiations must occur through platform messaging • Bid manipulation or collusion is prohibited

• Hosts deposit payment into escrow upon contract signing • Funds are released to vendors based on milestone completion • Platform commission (5–8% for vendors) is deducted at payout • Disputes are mediated by BidYourEvent • Chargebacks must follow platform dispute process

Host Cancellation: • More than 30 days before event: Full refund minus processing fee • 15–30 days before: 75% refund • 7–14 days before: 50% refund • Less than 7 days: No refund Vendor Cancellation: • Must provide 14 days notice minimum • Failure to appear results in account suspension • Refund issued to host within 5 business days

• Only verified event participants may leave reviews • Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience • Fake or manipulated reviews result in account termination • Vendors may respond to reviews publicly

• Fraudulent bidding or misrepresentation • Circumventing platform fees • Harassment or discrimination • Sharing contact information before contract • Using platform for illegal activities • Scraping or data mining

We may suspend or terminate accounts for: • Violation of these terms • Fraudulent activity • Repeated poor performance • Non-payment of platform fees • At user's request

BidYourEvent acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for: quality of vendor services, host-vendor disputes outside platform process, events cancelled due to force majeure, or indirect or consequential damages.

• Pakistan users: Governed by laws of Pakistan • Canada users: Governed by laws of Ontario, Canada • Disputes resolved through binding arbitration

We may modify these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. Material changes will be communicated via email.
